• All prices are displayed in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices may change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the final price.
• Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in colour or appearance.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities sold to any individual customer.

3. Orders & Payment

• An order is confirmed only after payment has been received and verified.
• We accept cash, mobile money (M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Tigo Pesa), bank transfer, and card payment.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability, payment failure, or suspected fraud.
• You will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp once your order is placed successfully.

4. Delivery

• Delivery is available within Dar es Salaam and Dodoma. We use trusted local couriers.
• Estimated delivery times are 1–3 business days within the city and 3–7 days for upcountry.
• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
